Well come to this episode of the Mastery Matrix. This one is a special one. It is an important one, and it is a bittersweet one. And the reason for that is that this episode that you're listening to is the final episode of the Mastery Matrix, and I really wanted to come back and record it for closure. I am a huge fan of closure. You might have noticed if you, you've been listening to this podcast that I didn't post a new podcast in the past about four months, and there was a reason for that. I was in a big transition and mapping out what the next big project would look like, and energetically I knew that this podcast would be done. I just wasn't sure yet what I was going to do with it, and it became very, very clear over the holidays and I knew that I had to come back and record this to just close things off, but also let you know what is coming up. So when I created the Mastery Matrix, there was a need for that. There was a reason for that. I created the Mastery Matrix podcast. Very early in the pandemic. Actually, literally a month before we were hit by the COVID Pandemic. I had no idea, but I started offering these mindset sessions for business owners every Wednesday morning, 9:00 AM Eastern time. It started then, right? And little did I know that it would transform into a really, really popular call in the program that we were offering back then. And I started getting a lot of questions, additional questions on top of the weekly calls, and on top of the questions that I was getting one-on-one from clients around. Business growth and personal development and what it means because one of my core principles when it comes to business building is that business building is personal development on steroids. So that's why the Mastery Matrix was born. It was like, how can I help? Bring this conversation to business owners when I can't necessarily meet with them one-on-one every single time, but I'm getting all of these questions and so the Mastery Matrix was born. It was such a great compliment to the weekly calls that I was leading and to my client calls where we were focused on business and personal development. And that is what it did. It literally came out of a need based on what people were asking me at that time, and people needed that conversation. The Mastery Matrix was there for that, and it came from real questions. It came from real situations and real context that people were living, and that's what made it so easy for a long time. Right. And that buddy of work is still gonna stay here. So although I am technically closing off the podcast after this episode, I am not removing it. I know that every single day, new people are discovering it. New people are listening to the old episodes, and new people are sending me messages about the podcast because they're enjoying it so much. And even myself. I find myself going back and listening to some of the earlier episodes. There are many, many episodes on the Mastery Matrix that are. Going to stand the test of time. They're based on things that don't change, right? It's actual principles. A lot of the stuff that I teach and that I talk about are from either eastern philosophies or spiritual, uh, concepts that have been out there and in conversations. For thousands of years. So a lot of it is not things that I invented, but it is perspective that I inherited in one of the many cultures that I have inside of me. Anywhere from West Africa, to Europe, to North America to the far East. Like all of that is. What I grew up with, right? And it is the way that I was able, as I was growing up and I was, as I was learning business and martial arts and all of those things, and navigating all of these culture to create a paradigm and a worldview that allowed all of those. Beliefs and all of those principles to coexist, but in a way that make things better. And that's what I was able to apply to business to see the successes that I've had. And I've used it with clients as well. So all of those things are still in the podcast and they're going to stay many episodes I use for my kids as well, right? Like it is a body of work that I'm extremely proud of. It is still extremely potent. The shift that happened is more a shift of expansion. So over the past year, I pivoted a lot in my career. I joined a partnership within a nine figure ecosystem, and now leading a company within a nine figure ecosystem, you definitely see things at a whole different level. The other aspect of this is that. The work that we do is really at the frontier of AI and business and because. The ecosystem has been in the AI and business world for 20 years. There is a lot of information that I have access to and a lot of knowledge and a lot of training and research and just information that I have access to that expended so much my vision of what's coming and looking at that and looking at it from my current vantage point and operating in such this huge ecosystem that is literally impacting millions of people. It definitely will change your perspective, right? It'll expend it big time. So for me, I'm not seeing this as an evolution where I'm going upward. I'm seeing this as a zooming out type of evolution, and I'm really excited about it. It has given me this. Vantage point of what is the most important element for me right now in terms of value, in terms of how I make decision and everything else, whether I'm talking about my health, whether I'm talking about business, any type of decision. Longevity has become the number one priority. Yes, excellence is great. Yes, integrity, of course, but longevity. Creating something that stands, the test of time is crucial, and the reason behind that is I'm seeing with AI coming. The past few years, and it is the reason, one of the main reasons why I did my pivot, I was just seeing people starting to spiral and go in so many different directions. It's like, it's almost like that shiny object syndrome that we used to talk about even five years ago. It's at a whole other level and people are losing their ground in many, many ways. Technology often comes and does that. Now, AI is a different type of technology than none of us are used to, and it is changing things even faster. So the principles that I used to talk about on the podcast, on the Mastery Matrix podcast, or the principles that we know are things that are, that are so grounded that they help create things that last are what I am focused on. Over the past year, I completely changed the way that I trained to focus on longevity. I changed the way that I eat to focus on longevity. I changed the way that I make decisions in the business, the way that I make decisions at home, the way that I make decisions in all aspects of life to focus on longevity. And it's funny because I used to talk about these things, but there's levels to longevity as well. There's so many different ways that we could apply this and it has become, for me, the. Most important factor in decision making in the current world. And when it comes to what's to come, that is where a lot of my attention is gonna go. That is where a lot of my conversations are going to be focused. And so when you listen to my new project, because I'm closing off this podcast, but I'm actually starting a new one. In less than a month. In the month of February, 2026, you'll be seeing me announcing that this new podcast. We'll have some of these, some similar conversations to what I had in the Mastery Matrix, but they will also have a lot of much more zoomed out conversation around the concept of longevity and around the principles that we must apply. In today's world, in order to create things that will last, whether we're talking about our businesses or we're talking about, the children that we're educating or we're talking about our health, or we're talking about our marriages. At the end of the day when technology is changing, all the things, when the world looks like chaos in so many different ways, we have to anchor ourselves. Okay? And so that is what. This next podcast is going to be about, is bringing people back to what is most important, and through that we will grow better businesses, we will have better marriages, we will have children that are more anchored and more stable, and we will feel more fulfilled in the process as well. Okay? I do believe that that is what people need now. What people need now is different from what they needed five years ago when it was the pandemic. Right now. For pretty much all of us. The world feels chaotic. We know technology is accelerating. We know that AI is reshaping completely how we think about everything, and how we make decision. But we also know, I also know. From everything that I talk about all the time and that I used to talk about in the Mastery Matrix, chaos is not external, it is internal first. So when all of us are experiencing all of this chaos out there, what we have to remember is that it is never external. We are seeing out there what the reflection of what's happening within all of the individuals. Okay. And so that is why I think it is so important for individuals, for human beings to go back internally to introspect and to anchor themselves in principles that don't move to anchor themselves in values that they actually choose and are proactive and grounded in to actually make their decisions. In a way that is not reactive, in a way that is not a reaction to what is happening out there, but instead something that they're deciding based on their principles and their values. Having a strong foundation right now, individually and internally, and knowing how we make those decisions is what is going to change what we see out there. Not focusing on the outside and judging it. And screaming on the rooftops that this is not right. That is not in my books, how things are gonna get solved. So the new podcast is going to be about that, and I'll share more when it's out. But remember when everything feels unstable, we don't need more tactics. We need anchors. We need to look inside, and we need to ground ourselves even more. That is why I'm saying that this nude podcast is more about zooming out. That is the type of conversation I want to bring to the table. And I wanna think about it from the perspective of business, but then also everything else because we're the same individual running the business, growing the family, doing all the things and taking care of our health, et cetera, et cetera. So what doesn't change? I talked about the things that change. What doesn't change though is. It's still me. I am still gonna be your host. If you've been following the Mastery Matrix podcast. You know that I love to talk about business, but I also love to talk about spirituality, and personal development and homeschooling and travel and all the things. Always bringing it back though, to growing something that lasts. And in this case, we're talking about businesses because we wanna impact the world. We want to create a better economy, not just for us, but our communities around us and the people who come and invest in our products and services, or who work for us. So business building is definitely an important one. But then the continuation of just building a, an identity based on, mastery is still the foundation. The reps running those reps important. It still matters. Introspection still matters. Unlearning being required at every single level of mastery. Still the same. Learning from humans. Endured different types of changes and being able to learn from those lessons and apply it for ourselves, all of that is still super, super important. So the container itself might be changing, but the work won't. I'm still on the same mission. It's simply going to be in a new container because energetically, that is what feels right for me right now. I want this to be a clean start. It's in completely. New perspective that I wanna bring to the table and a new type of conversation that I wanna bring to the table. And I didn't want to drag the old into this. Now, I did get the advice of, and I did sit with this with myself, even of, oh, should I just rebrand the Mastery Matrix, change a name, keep the old episodes, and just keep on going. You know, it's better for the algorithm. Like I've heard all of those things. And still at the end of the day followed my gut. My gut is typically very, very, very right, and it was very clear to me that no, that needs to be done. And we're starting this new podcast. What I wanted is closure when it comes to what I created before in the heart of c. Versus what I believe is needed right now. So this closure, I feel really, really good about it. I'm so happy, and I feel like clean endings create clean beginnings. So thank you so much for listening to the Mastery Matrix for the past four plus years. I can't even tell you how thankful I am. It was such an amazing adventure. It taught me so much in the process. It helped me download so much of my thinking to be able to put it in words so that other people could benefit from it as well, and it was just an amazing body of work that I'm extremely proud of. Now it is time for me to move on to the next chapter. I believe that some chapters end not because. They failed, but because they worked, and that is what worked with the Mastery Matrix. Now it's about going to the next phase. The podcast will stay open. I am going to leave it out there. Please make sure to come back to it. You can continue to explore it. Listen to the episodes if you haven't listened to all of them. If you're discovering the podcast for the first time, definitely take the time to listen through it. A lot of what I teach and a lot of what I share in the podcast is still 100% relevant. It is still 100% what I believe and stay tuned for what is to come next because I'm already super proud of it. Thank you again so much for listening to the Mastery Matrix podcast, and I will see you soon.
